Erik Mastriano is an Associate at Jacobs & Wallace with a fierce passion for giving back to his community. Born and raised in Connecticut, Erik graduated with his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven before receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. Erik was admitted to the Bar in 2019 and is permitted to practice in the State Courts of Connecticut.
Erik joined Jacobs & Wallace shortly after sitting for the Connecticut Bar in September 2019 and is proud to work with a team that pushes and supports him in his professional goals. Outside of the firm, Erik is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association. Additionally, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Professional Law Fraternity while attending law school.
In keeping with the firm’s culture of giving back to the community, Erik has become heavily involved in the firm’s volunteer and outreach efforts. He was active in the firm’s annual coat drive, the Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway through the Bridgeport Rescue Mission, and building homes through Habitat for Humanity. Erik also served as a volunteer fire lieutenant and EMT for the North Guilford Volunteer Fire Department Company 4, where he initially began as a volunteer firefighter in 2012 before taking his career into the legal field.
Erik is consistently available to his clients and regarded as a personable and dedicated attorney. He always takes the time to listen to his client’s concerns and focuses on the best solution to help them achieve their overall goals for the legal process. Erik regularly handles workers’ compensation claims and personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites, and medical malpractice.
